Nick Fell
EVP, Corporate Services & General Counsel, BW Group
Nicholas Fell is an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the BW Group. He is currently also a Director of the NorthStandard Limited, Chairman of the Documentary Committee of BIMCO, an Associate Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre, and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
In his role as General Counsel of the BW Group, Nick oversees the Legal, Insurance and Corporate Secretarial departments of the Group. Nick has worked with BW since 2012.
Prior to joining BW, Nick was Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for AET Group (a tanker owner and operator). From 1996 to 2005, Nick worked in San Francisco as In House Counsel at GATX Financial Corporation and as a Management Consultant with A.T. Kearney. He has also practiced law in Hong Kong and California.
Nick has an LLB from University of Liverpool, an LLM from the University of Leicester and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is qualified as an attorney in England, Hong Kong, New York and California.
